Meet Pontarddulais RFC 8.00am – Passport and Ticket checks
Buses leave at 8.45am for Heathrow Airport.
12.30pm Arrive Heathrow check in.
4pm Depart Heathrow on Virgin Atlantic Flight VS001 Flight Time 7 Hours 40 Minutes
18.40 ( USA Time ) Arrive Newark Airport Meet coaches and travel to Radisson Hotel Scranton. Snacks, Apples and Water will be on bus.
Day 2 Saturday 13th October
Morning Free ~ Afternoon free
5.30pm Concert Rehearsal at the Mellow Theatre Scranton (www.lackawanna.edu/mellow/mellow.html)
7.30 pm Concert that evening in Scranton
Day 3 Sunday 14th October

12:45 pm Buses will pick up for2.30 pm Afternoon Gymynfa Ganu at Wilkes-Barre
( About 20 Miles away )
St Stephen’s Episcopal Church 35 S. Franklin Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA
This is an appearance where we will probably sing 3-4 songs.
The Director of the Gymynfa is Alun Guy.
A Meal will be provided after the performancet and buses will return to Scranton for 7:00pm.
Day 4 Monday 15th October
Day Trip:
8am Leave Hotel for a trip to the Grand Canyon PA.
11am Take a train ride about 1½ hrs ($18 pp)
Buffet Lunch at Penn Wells Hotel Wellsboro
After Lunch Visit State Park for sightseeing and return to Scranton
Day 5 Tuesday 16th October
Morning Free
11:30am Leave hotel Arrive 2:00pm brief walking tour of Bethlehem.
4:00pm Buffet will be served at East Hills Morovian Church.
After eating Leave for Concert venue/
Rehearsal for concert.
7.30pm Concert in Evening at Bethlehem

Return to Scranton
Day 6 Wednesday 17th October
10.00am Leave hotel for local mine tour
2pm return from tour
Then Free Day
Evening Farewell Dinner 6:30pm with St David’s Society (Blue Shirts to be Worn). Cash Bar.
Day 7 Thursday 18th October
8.am Leave Hotel at Scranton.
Meet guide for a 2½ hour tour of the Battlefields ($125 per Bus)
1.30pm Lunch at General Picket’s Buffet ($8.5 pp)
Then travel to Redroof Inn Bw Parkway SR295 Laurel MD
( About 25 Miles from Washington)
Day 8 Friday 19th October
8am Leave Hotel for a Guided Bus Tour of Washington ( $300) per bus.
This tour will include the Arlington Cemetery. It lasts for 8 hours.
The buses will stop at various landmarks where we disembark and walk around to sightsee
with the guide. Time for lunch will be allocated.
Day 9 Saturday 20th October
Free Morning
3pm approx.
Meet buses travel to concert venue Rehearsal and then concert at The Church of the
Epiphany, which is located downtown at 13th and G Streets.
7.30 pm Evening Concert
Return to Red Roof Inn after concert
Day 10 Sunday 21st October
Leave hotel after breakfast for New York
En route we will stop for lunch at Philadelphia and walking sightseeing near Liberty Bell.
3pm Leave Philadelphia and travel to New York Red Roof Inn on 1-287 Exit 3 Edison NJ
Day 11 Monday 22nd October
At present this will be a free day to relax and unwind a little before the concert in the evening.
Which will be at The New York City Central Labor Council 31 West 15th Street, (between Fifth and Sixth Avenues) New York, NY ground floor level At 6:00 PM. Rehearsal times will be advised.
Day 12 Tuesday 23rd October
Take a Bus ride for a day visit to NYC. Leave Hotel at approx. 10:30am.
Guided tours have been negotiated at approx $30 per person
which includes the Bus to New York. Those who have paid for the Theatre shows on Broadway will be advised on Bus Picks ups for their ride back to the Hotel.
Don’t visit the Statue of liberty today, wait till Wednesday.
Day 13 Wednesday 24th October
10:30am After packing and putting luggage on Bus.
Go and visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island from the New Jersey side.
Despite what you may have heard I am reliably informed that we are able to enter the
Monument. Further information will be made available prior to the tour.
Unless informed otherwise we shall be asking the operators for advance tickets for this visit.
There may be a supplementary charge for this.
5pm Leave directly for Airport
Depart Newark Airport 21.25 flight to Heathrow. VS002 Flight Times 6 hours 40 minutes
Day 14 Thursday 25th October
